Job Description

This role involves designing, coordinating, supervising, and implementing mechanical building services such as HVAC systems, process utilities, fire fighting systems, and lift systems. You will also handle the design, coordination, supervision, and implementation of electrical building services including electrical systems and extra low voltage (ELV) systems.

You will be responsible for attending technical and progress meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth coordination. Additionally, you will liaise with local authorities and collaborate with other consultant teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Applicants must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand basic functions of Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.

Candidates should be proficient in reading and interpreting Electrical and Mechanical schematics. Experience working in a local engineering consultancy firm is advantageous. Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, with the ability to document and supervise works effectively. Strong project coordination and management skills are essential for success in this role.
