About the Role

Talent Recruit is seeking a skilled Export Coordinator Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order processing and ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers to optimize costs.
  • Communicate with production and customers on order status and changes.
  • Coordinate export shipments and necessary documentation with freight forwarders and customs.
  • Monitor shipment activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Promote compliance with export regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve sales inquiries.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience in export, sea/air freight, and customs processes preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
