Job Description

The role of a Cost Management Expert is to lead total cost management of projects, delivering positive outcomes for clients while demonstrating leadership and coaching skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
  • Providing accurate and timely work outputs.
  • Documenting Tender Documents, Tender Reports, Pre-contract correspondence, LOAs, and contract documents.
  • Maintaining VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account records and attending project meetings.
  • Producing monthly cost reports.

This position requires strong technical knowledge across the full range of Cost Management duties, including cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering, and contract knowledge. Experience in commercial, corporate, and high technology sectors is preferred, as well as expertise in mechanical and electrical (M&E) work.

We're looking for a team player with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, able to negotiate, influence, and persuade others. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
