Administrative Credit Manager (Property Development)

About the Job

Lofthill Development Sdn Bhd seeks a highly organized and proactive Administrative Credit Manager to handle credit administration processes, support sales transactions, and ensure efficient documentation in the property development industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange SPA signings with lawyers and prepare electronic SPA documents in HIMS.
  • Issue credit notes, consent letters for variations and packages, and other relevant documents.
  • Enter data, generate official receipts, credit notes, and progress billings.
  • Issue undertaking letters for each sold unit.
  • Compile and send commission claims notifications to agencies.
  • Verify invoices and process payments with the accounts team.
  • Keep agents updated on payment statuses.

Sales and Performance Monitoring

  • Generate daily agent appointment and booking reports.
  • Track SPA and loan statuses through daily and weekly reports.
  • Maintain and update the booking application.
  • Process and manage booking and cancellation forms from agents.
  • Prepare and submit KPKT 7f quarterly and 7e reports.

Sales Conversion and Banker Liaison

  • Monitor loan applications and follow up with bankers for sales conversions.

Additional Tasks

  • Complete any assigned tasks by the supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in credit administration, sales administration, or accounts receivable in the property development sector.
  • Familiarity with SPA documentation, commission processing, and property sales administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with stakeholders such as lawyers, agents, and banks.
