Job Title: Cashier Cum Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier Cum Barista to join our team at Tuulyn Retail. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and preparing beverages to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cashier Duties:
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Handle customer purchases and ensure all pricing is accurate
    • Balance the cash register at the end of each shift
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers
    • Attend to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Coffee and Specialty Drink Preparation:
    • Prepare beverages to our high standards
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee area and equipment
  • General Store Assistance:
    • Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:
  • A minimum 6 months' experience working as a cashier, barista, or similar role
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations
  • Basic understanding of store operations and ability to learn quickly
