We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Corporate Applications team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with experience working with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical team members, and business analysts to design and develop custom solutions that meet the needs of our fast-growing company.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business objectives, gather and define business requirements.
- Integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs using middleware solutions.
- Ensuring data integrity during data migration, including deduplication and cleanup.
- Facilitating and supporting testing of new features in alignment with requirements.
- Providing technical support and training to end-users and other developers.
We are seeking a team player with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience preferably in a lightning environment.
- Experience with SF automation tools like flows, process builder, and workflow rules.
- Strong expertise in Apex ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, high-quality standards, and optimal performance.
- Familiarity with version control tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
- Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, permission set groups.
- Managed Package/Integration Experience (nice to have but not required).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
