Job Summary

As a key member of the HR team, you will drive organizational development, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective talent management and employee relations across the business.

Human Resource Business Partner

About this role:

This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, HR best practices, and the ability to build effective partnerships with leadership teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that align with organizational goals.
  2. Partner with managers to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  3. Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support business growth and development.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  5. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  6. Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  7. Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
  8. Provide HR metrics and analytics to leadership teams to help inform decisions regarding staffing, turnover, and talent management.
  9. Assist in workforce planning and budgeting processes to ensure the organization is adequately staffed and resourced.
  10. Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
  11. Communicate effectively with employees about changes, addressing concerns and providing the necessary support.
  12. Other ad-hoc HR related duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources is required.
  2. Excellent people management and communication skills.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and at ease dealing with people at all levels.
  4. Good and up-to-date knowledge of local employment regulations and HR issues.
  5. Meticulous and attention to details.
  6. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  7. Good knowledge of Microsoft office software.
  8. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
