Office Workflow Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Workflow Manager to join our team at The Roof Realty Snd Bhd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About The Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum education of a diploma or higher. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but prior experience in administration is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  2. Assist teams with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  3. Respond to client inquiries and requests for information, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  4. Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and documents.
  5. Handle client complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
  6. Maintain departmental records and files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  7. Prepare end-of-day reports and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in any field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Able to commence work immediately.
