Key Responsibilities- Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Assist teams with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests for information, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and documents.
- Handle client complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain departmental records and files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Prepare end-of-day reports and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Diploma or higher in any field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Able to commence work immediately.
