Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Malaysia, Penang. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  2. Nurture and expand existing customer relationships to drive repeat business
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution
  4. Conduct sales calls and client visits to drive business growth and identify new opportunities
  5. Prepare tailored quotations and proposals to meet client needs
  6. Manage daily customer inquiries and process orders in a timely manner
  7. Compile and present weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance
  8. Research and analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Studies (minimum Diploma)
  • Knowledge of CCN/Customs Regulations and Valuable Cargo
  • At least 2 years' experience in international cargo movement, freight forwarding, or logistics industry
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
