- We are seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer Lead to join our team at Sandisk. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our equipment in manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-house tester operations and Advantest Tester maintenance
- Quality incident investigation and corrective action procedures
- Troubleshooting and repair of critical down equipment
- New installation, buyoff, and qualification of equipment
- Verification and buyoff of sustaining team preventive maintenance quality
- Equipment-related document release and updates
- Audit participation for equipment quality and process
- Initiation and completion of improvement projects to support organizational goals
- Spare part inventory management in warehouses
Requirements:**
- Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic
- 5+ years of equipment engineering experience in manufacturing industry
- English language proficiency and ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical tools
- Presentation skills for large groups of employees
- Familiarity with DMAIC, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, FTA Analysis tool
Preferred Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with computer systems and networks
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in SSD testing equipment and environment
- Experience in testing data log analysis
- Experience in memory testing
