About the Position:

The Beauty Specialist Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Beauty Specialists/Make-up Artists to achieve business objectives. This individual will work closely with store and counter teams to understand their needs and provide fast, workable solutions to achieve productivity through set retail & CRM KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Beauty Specialists/Make-up Artists to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with store and counter teams to understand their needs and provide fast, workable solutions to achieve productivity through set retail & CRM KPIs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store/counter inventory, operations, training, staff development, and welfare

Requirements:

  • SPM and above with a minimum work experience in retail (preferably skincare and make-up) of 3 years, ideally in the role managing sales and operations of stores/counters
  • Good with MS Office software particularly Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint
  • Able to analyze sales data and other retail data such as conversion, SKU, CRM information to draw meaningful and actionable insights
  • Fast and agile individual with a strong passion for beauty and retail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and/or public holidays. Occasional travel within Malaysia when required
  • Consumer-first mindset and able to cultivate similar with the team
  • Enjoys the service industry and delivering retail experience that exceeds consumer expectations
