Perform product failure analysis and identify the root cause of problems to implement effective solutions.

Support customers and internal departments as required.

Continuously improve new and existing products to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
  • Good drafting and product design skills in 2D and 3D, e.g., Solidworks, AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of tooling design and review with suppliers on manufacturing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
  • Technical background with a creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic project management skills.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.

At least 2 years of experience in related field.
