Job Description:

  • Develop and implement engineering-related development concepts and designs to meet project requirements.
  • Evaluate the performance of engineering consultants and recommend them for engagement based on their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the development's engineering concept and provide feedback on design optimization objectives.
  • Ensure that drawings are developed and optimized according to company standards to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement quality and environmental management systems in the department/project and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental environmental sustainability targets/KPIs.
  • Assign, communicate, and maintain relevant environmental responsibilities or authorities for roles within the department as documented information.
  • Oversee departmental processes and ensure relevant environmental procedures and records are retained/updated and conform to ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by Management.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

  • Architecture and general C&S design knowledge.
  • Large development design experience.
  • Knowledge of current authorities.
  • General M&E design requirements.
  • Time Management.
  • Technical Competence.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Excellent Listening and Communication Skills.

Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
