Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee our high-rise project construction.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overall site planning, coordination, and management to ensure completion of works within required standards, quality, and targeted schedules.
  • Key responsibilities include working closely with the management team to establish and control project budgets, claims, and manpower planning.
  • The ideal candidate will follow quality control policies to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with specifications, standards, and quality guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have experience in high-rise project construction.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in construction management.
  • Required Skill(s): Able to lead projects independently, possess leadership and management skills to lead a group of technical staff and workers, and be systematic and methodical in following up on project schedules.
