Key Responsibilities:

- Leads and manages a team to effectively support and implement HR initiatives across the organization
- Works closely with the regional people team to align on policies and ensure successful rollout of initiatives
- Responsible for delivering HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and exit processes
- Drives and localizes initiatives from the Center of Excellence (COE) in areas such as Organisational Development, Talent Management, and more

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of broad HR experience, at least 3 years in HR COE functions (Talent Management, Organisational Development, Culture, HRBP)
- Prior experience in a fintech setting or related industry preferred
