  • This role will be responsible for managing digital/CRM data and utilizing relevant digital tools, including Paid (SEM) and Owned (Website, SEO, and CRM) channels.
  • The key requirement for this position is collaborating with different brands and departments to attract new users, enhance user retention, and optimize our digital share of voice (SOV).
  • Accountable and responsible to strategize, develop and implement CRM plans that nourish strong relationships with consumers to achieve business objectives.

A Day in the Life

This individual will work closely with the brand team to optimize contents towards best practices from search, website performance, social media management and etc. on all digital initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing partnerships with external agencies, regularly evaluating and assessing their performance, proposing arising opportunities or addressing upcoming challenges.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical, technical and mathematical abilities, self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills.
