Main Responsibilities

  • Verify generated invoices for accuracy and submit them to customers promptly.
  • Record all receipts and payment invoices in the accounting system accurately.
  • Prepare and issue payments of expenses, including staff expenses claims, vendor invoices, and subcontractor payments.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the management.
Necessary Skills
  • Expertise in accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounts receivable and accounts payable procedures.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent invoicing and payment processing skills.
