We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to lead small to medium-sized projects and manage projects under programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering value to our stakeholders while meeting project scope, timeframes, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

General

  • Plan, establish, and manage projects ensuring effective liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Track project performance regularly to guarantee alignment with short-term and long-term goals.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational objectives, policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain best practices and SOPs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Break down complex goals into manageable tasks.
  • Support product and services evaluation.
  • Assist in contract negotiation and establishment.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with stakeholders, including project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
  • Team management responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder register.

Scope Management

  • Create and update the project management plan.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Implement changes as necessary to ensure project success.

Cost Management

  • Develop a project cost plan and make adjustments based on approved change requests.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.

Time Management

  • Develop a project schedule and make adjustments based on approved change requests.
  • Establish and track project milestones; manage unforeseen delays and realign schedules and expectations accordingly.
  • Prepare and update project milestone charts.

Communication

  • Establish and implement project communication plans, providing regular status updates to affected stakeholders.
  • Analyze and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
  • Compile project reports and inform management about potential issues.

HR

  • Determine project resources' skillset.
  • Recruit project team members internally or externally.

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize their impact.
  • Update the risk register as required.

Documentation

  • Implement document control policies and documentation templates.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including the project management plan, communication plan, cost plan, project schedule, issue log, procurement tracking document, and risk register.
