User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C# .NET 3.5 and newer, as well as experience with SQL Server.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can lead and mentor a development team in building and maintaining a system using C# .NET.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor a development team in building and maintaining a system using C# .NET.
  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions for processing and recording large volumes of transactional data.
  • Evaluate system performance, ensuring optimization and error-free transaction processing.
  • Analyze and resolve performance issues in production, including optimizing queries, stored procedures, and indexes.
  • Verify code quality and enforce best practices for quality, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with multiple development teams on release planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in C# .NET 3.5 and newer.
  • Strong expertise with SQL Server.
  • Experience deploying systems into production environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving production incidents.
  • Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automation.
  • At least 8 years of work experience.
