We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Mastercard. As a member of our Customer Implementation Services Team, you will be responsible for implementing and testing our products and services, ensuring seamless integration with financial institutions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to Mastercard customers for all products and services.
  • Acting as central point of contact for customers throughout processing implementation project execution.
  • Defining, creating, maintaining and documenting standard and non-standard key customer processing implementation processes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

About This Role

  • 2+ years of experience in IT system knowledge, with in-depth understanding of network technology and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with payment transaction processing and industry business principles knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
