As a Presales Engineer, you will work closely with our Sales team to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers on how to effectively integrate our Security solutions into their existing infrastructure.
Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Work closely with the Sales team to provide technical consultation and qualification to prospective customers.
- Develop technical solution design documents and technical proposal write-ups to drive Proof-of-Concepts and provide compliance response to RFQs and Tenders.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Internet/Network Security, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales position, preferably with direct hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting network/web/application/endpoint security services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security solutions and the cyber security ecosystem and landscape.
