About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across our contract manufacturing partners.

You will lead all quality engineering activities, develop quality programs, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in factory settings with a focus on manufacturing quality high-volume electronics (Consumer, Automotive, Medical devices).
  • Strong SMT process experience and proficiency in developing/executing process quality control plans.
  • Excellent supplier management, project management skills, and vendor quality control expertise.
  • Proficient manufacturing process quality auditor with working knowledge of quality engineering tools.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills, with Chinese speaking being an added advantage.
