About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to drive our mechanical operations forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize maintenance costs and ensure maximum equipment reliability.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of mechanical work and maintain plant uptime.
  • Developing and deploying a fit-for-purpose maintenance management process, including equipment testing, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
  • Providing technical guidance to offshore mechanical teams on instrumentation work and advising on optimal solutions.
  • Managing contractor relationships to ensure they meet Elsa Energy's standards and conducting regular audits to inspect their performance.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, preferably in rotating equipment maintenance or projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of other disciplines.
