About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and experience in designing and implementing complex marketing automation workflows. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, code, and launch complex cross-channel CRM marketing campaigns
- Design and document solutions to leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation, and other sophisticated Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities
- Collaborate with other members of the Engagement Services team to provide best practice recommendations to customers

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform in email, SMS, and push notifications
- Other Marketing Automation platform experience is a plus
- One Certification: Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Certified Email Specialist
