Key Responsibilities:
  • To monitor and maintain overall product quality from raw material, production processes to finished product in accordance with quality and safety standards.
  • To conduct routine inspections to monitor personal hygiene of production staff and cleanliness of processing/storage area, following up on non-conformities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Production team to ensure quality control is within specification and good quality products meet customer requirements.
  • To investigate customer complaints, analyze complaint trends to identify root causes of recurring issues.
  • Handle customer returned goods and internal non-conforming products, including inspection, documentation, and disposition.
  • Support internal and external audits related to quality assurance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and safety, preparing monthly analysis reports on customer complaints and returned goods.
