Customer Experience Manager

Frescoone Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager - E-commerce Live Streaming to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via multiple platforms while promoting our exciting range of mobile gadgets through engaging live streaming sessions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in using various software tools, and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively. You should also be comfortable with live streaming, familiar with Canva or other basic design software, and possess strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing reviews, handling order returns and exchanges, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through timely communication and issue resolution. Additionally, you will host engaging live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms, build a loyal audience by creating entertaining and informative content, and increase brand visibility.
