Job Overview

About the Job:

We're hiring a Financial Crime Prevention Professional to join our team at Askheadhunter. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the prevention of financial crime and ensure the integrity of our operations.

Key Tasks:

  1. Process all compliance screening tasks according to our Standard Operating Procedure and guidelines.
  2. Support the implementation of an effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Framework to ensure compliance with AML regulations and Group Compliance policies.
  3. Perform AML and Economic Sanctioned Screening to identify PEPs, SDNs, tax evasion cases, and adverse findings.
  4. Regularly review and assess tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize reputational, legal, and financial risk.
  5. Guarantee accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks within agreed SLAs with business partners.
  6. Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while striving for continuous improvement in quality and efficiency scores.
  7. Stay up-to-date with training records in line with OSS's training framework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in life insurance operations, client screenings, and name searches (an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being a plus.
  • Fluent Chinese language skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers and colleagues.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
