We are seeking an experienced Head of Global Payroll Operations to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the global payroll function, ensuring compliance with policy and statutory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Payroll Function Oversight: You will oversee the completion of employee payroll, accurate disbursement of temporary staff agency fees, and payment and filing of related statutory returns.
- Transformation Leadership: You will guide the transformation of the finance organization from a regional-based structure to a Global Business Services (GBS) model, including the standardization and optimization of payroll processes.
- Team Management: You will lead a team of up to 4 direct reports and ensure the effective management of escalations, address root-causes of recurrent problems, and create solutions assessing the processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years' managerial experience in payroll in GBS environment
- 2+ years experience in finance
- Bachelor's Degree in finance and accounting, or equivalent professional financial qualification
- Experience managing senior partners
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma and leading process improvements
- Experience managing service delivery of global or regional payroll processes
