You will be responsible for leading the finance function across the group entities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting and compliance, financial planning and analysis, treasury and risk management, and business partnering and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of financial responsibility and accountability within the team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
  • Develop and execute the group's financial strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the group.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or professional accounting designation preferred.
  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior finance role, with significant experience in a Bursa Malaysia listed company.
  • Strong knowledge of MFRS, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, and other relevant regulations.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
