We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Lead to drive our corporate strategies and develop initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Marketing & Planning, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills. The incumbent will support the development of a culture and new business structures leveraging their expertise in market research and business operations.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for Mid-Term and 1-year planning to achieve long-term organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate closely with executives and managers to develop strategic goals for the organization, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy.
- Reporting: Responsible for preparing corporate reporting through financial analysis and evaluation of business plans and new opportunities to support decision-making processes. Identify potential risks and opportunities, and recommend relevant action plans.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, changing market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats to the organization's growth and competitiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for ongoing monitoring of departmental and organizational performance. Provide regular reports and analysis to the General Manager and top management.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively with other departments, ensuring alignment of strategic objectives and cross-functional coordination to maximize organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities, resource planning, and propose and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality within the corporate planning function.
- Governance: Enhance company management quality by embracing governance, internal control, risk management, and sustainability.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. At least 5 years of corporate strategic planning experience is required, preferably in a corporate environment.
Candidates with prior experience in FP&A and leadership roles will be highly valued. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
