Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Quality Manager to join our quality team at Fabricon Manufacturing. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our manufactured products and implementing quality control processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance**: Ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.
  • Process Control**: Implement and manage quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product testing.
  • Audit and Investigation**: Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards. Investigate quality issues or defects to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation of quality processes, test results, and corrective actions taken.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills**: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in sheet metal fabrication, ability to use Microsoft Office suite, and read and interpret technical documents or engineering drawings.
  • Soft Skills**: Must be organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, be flexible and willing to adapt to meet business needs.
