Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Offer exceptional administrative support to the Technology Acceleration team, covering calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  2. Maintain meticulous records and documentation for departmental activities.
Project Coordination
  1. Contribute to coordinating and tracking technology projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting milestones.
  2. Collaborate with project managers and team members to facilitate project communication and documentation.
Communication And Stakeholder Engagement
  1. Act as a liaison between the Technology Acceleration team and other departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Develop and disseminate internal communications related to technology initiatives.
Event Planning
  1. Organize and coordinate departmental events, workshops, and training sessions.
  2. Manage event logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities for events hosted by the Technology Acceleration team.
Resource Management
  1. Contribute to managing departmental resources, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  2. Support procurement activities and maintain relationships with vendors as needed.
Documentation And Reporting
  1. Compile reports and presentations for the Technology Acceleration team as required.
  2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of departmental processes and procedures.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a technology or banking environment.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
