About The Job

We are looking for a highly skilled CO+I Critical Environment Field Service Engineer to join our team at Microsoft. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering and/or services, or 5+ years experience in Critical Environment infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize Critical Environment (CE) availability in conjunction with our landlord partners at our leased Datacenters.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in our leased Datacenters.
  • Reduce high-impact and human-error Critical Environment (CE) incidents year over year.
