As a Front Desk Manager Assistant at Club Med, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and support throughout their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to the Reception Manager and contribute to the efficient operation of the front desk.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Reception Manager in maintaining a smooth and organized front desk environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including receiving payments, making change, and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ensure accurate and efficient room allocation and transfers, minimizing any potential disruptions to guests.
