Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at NES Fircroft. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for performing assigned basic site quantity surveying activities with administrative of post-subcontracts documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for carrying out remeasurement quantity verifications against IFC drawings submitted by subcontractors.
  • Manage change work, including miscellaneous works such as reimbursable, custom clearance documents (Chinese/Portuguese, Others) verifications.
  • Prepare monthly cost forecasts based on WCR/MTO versus contractual values.
  • Track SI / CR logs and estimate related cost impacts, notifying PMT accordingly.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and assist Lead QS for final account close-out.
  • Reconcile materials against free-issued quantities versus as-built quantities.
  • Maintain project close-out final documents in J-Drive or Share points as repository data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FPSO shipbuilding, FPSO repair works in onshore/offshore and oil & gas-related industries.
  • Fresh diploma graduates or oil & gas and marine-related Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Documentum, SharePoint, and AutoCAD.
