About the Role:

This role supports the Associate Director of Technology Governance & Controls to develop and conduct the control assessment program. The ideal candidate will provide IT management advisory and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, manage, and perform control assessments across full-spectrum IT technology areas. Evaluate technology controls implemented in Group Offices and Business Units according to agreed scope and timeframe.
  2. Collaborate with technology SMEs and stakeholders to review and follow up on control assessment outcomes in a timely manner.
  3. Identify opportunities to strengthen technology and security controls. Improve operational efficiency to mitigate technology control issues/risk.
  4. Maintain relationships with key IT Management through regular interactions to stay informed about emerging risk issues and changes in the IT landscape.
  5. Perform additional responsibilities and duties assigned by IT Management as required.
