Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Admin Executive to join our team at KOLHUB®. This role is responsible for handling daily finance operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Handle daily finance operations, including invoicing, payments, and reimbursements.
  • Financial Record Management: Maintain and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
  • Accounts Management: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
