Company Attorney

Job Details:

Malaysianbar is seeking a highly skilled Company Attorney to join our team. As a Company Attorney, you will play a key role in advising clients on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
2. Provide expert advice on contract law matters, including interpretation and enforcement of contracts.
3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
4. Analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, concise recommendations.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a Law Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Qualification or equivalent, and a valid Practicing Certificate.
2. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. PQE: 4 – 5 years.
4. Possess leadership and teamwork qualities, good communication skills, has initiative and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
