Job Summary:
As a Sales Supervisor at Wipro Consumer Care, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and market share expansion.You will be responsible for developing business plans, identifying gaps, and implementing new initiatives to achieve trade execution and availability excellence.
Your key objectives will include achieving productivity KPIs such as efficient outlet coverage, expanding ranging & distribution, and increasing monthly member of outlets purchase.
Additionally, you will manage overall A&P spending by customer & monthly AR to reduce outstanding and disputes.
Moreover, you will implement improvement plans for key areas on in-store standards of merchandising, POSM, ranging & distribution, shelf location / plan-o-gram, secondary display & trade partnership for achieving win situation.
Furthermore, you will manage inventory with key relations and business partners on a monthly basis i.e. develop sell-out initiatives to reduce inventory holdings.
Your success will be measured by your ability to execute & ensure KPIs are achieved within the agreed timing.
You will also be responsible for managing a team of PGs to achieve overall sales target set by company through maximizing promoter capacity with minimum cost.
