About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Denave, you will play a critical role in supporting the team's efforts to achieve their targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The role involves delivering timely business updates and supporting Program/Sales Managers in people and program checkpoints. You will also develop a BI Portal with relevant reports to track key metrics to help the team achieve its targets.

The successful candidate will provide reporting and business analysis support for the team, ensuring that the team's bandwidth is spent on customer engagements. You will leverage data to derive business insights and provide inputs and suggestions to sales teams.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and report program's agent and partner activities, productivity, and performance KPIs. You will also coordinate the complete program/campaign performance, planning, and forecast process.

The role requires a strong understanding of data visualization tools such as MS Power BI/Tableau/etc. and experience creating insightful dashboards/reports that drive actions. You will also need to generate quantitative and statistical business models related to headcount reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and partner performance using MS Excel's data analysis program, statistical and financial functions.

Additionally, you will communicate Program/Campaign's performance/updates and provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders to support informed business decisions.
