Responsibilities:

* Salesforce data entry and LoanApp management
* Download documents and ensure all details are accurate
* Create leads and convert to opportunities
* Push to funder application and submit for review
* Sent credit guides if applicable
* Management of valuation report
* Follow up and generate credit reports
* Complete KYC and application forms
* Complete funding table and servicing calculator
* Draft credit proposal for credit assessment
* Credit assessment and risk assessment
* Review credit limits and recommend for approval/decline
* Complete cover sheets and deal with underwriter queries
* Assist with Pre & Post settlement enquiries

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields
* Minimum 2 years of related finance or credit experience
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and varying degrees of supervision
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of credit policy and procedures
