**Job Description:**

This role is designed for a Junior Software Project Coordinator to manage software projects, track issues, communicate with vendors, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of existing and new software projects, ensuring effective communication, process improvement, issue tracking, change requests, and smooth delivery.
  2. Analyze all technical tasks and processes to guarantee they meet expectations.
  3. Regularly meet with software vendors to define project goals, objectives, issues, and changes.
  4. Supervise day-to-day software vendor operations, addressing issues and timelines.
  5. Track and prioritize tasks, issues, and change requests as the project progresses.
  6. Identify responsible parties for issues requiring immediate attention through analysis.
  7. Verify, test, and approve software deliveries and releases.
  8. Generate regular reports to update the manager on software status and progress.
  9. Perform any other technical tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience in web application development and CRM systems.
  • Forex brokerage industry experience is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving ability under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with software vendors and management.
  • Organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track.
  • Able to work after office hours and weekends as needed.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
