We are representing our client, an international convenience store franchise chain, offering a food service besides other convenience items and well-known for its wide range of fresh, delicious, and affordable Japanese-style ready-to-eat food. With more than 20,000 stores worldwide and 240 nationwide, our client is seeking an IT Manager with Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will interact with business users across all levels of the organization, conducting GAP analysis between existing and desired business processes. They will design and document TO-BE business processes aligned with standard MS Dynamic application functionality, as well as functional application configurations and enhancements to WMS, including screens, interfaces, and reports.

  • Collaborate with development resources to ensure compliance with functional designs
  • Prepare test scenarios and scripts for application testing cycles
  • Provide support for application, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Assist in incident management and change request processes

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of WMS Developer working experience, with a strong knowledge of MySQL and excellent communication skills.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is RM80,000 - RM120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
