Job Description

The Mojo Republic is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Communications Manager to lead our integrated communications campaigns for high-profile clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the communications landscape, including PR, digital marketing, influencer engagement, and media relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns and managing high-profile client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Planning
    • Develop comprehensive communication strategies that align with client business objectives and elevate brand reputation.
    • Lead strategic planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across PR, digital, social media, and influencer marketing efforts.
  • Client Management & Business Development
    • Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring highest level of service delivery.
    • Identify opportunities for client growth and lead development of new business proposals and pitches.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare and present comprehensive campaign reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key outcomes and strategic insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience in integrated communications, PR, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns and managing high-profile client accounts.
