Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing assistance to lead special, investigative and/or confidential reviews at the request of the Governance & Audit Committee (GAC), Senior Management and/or complaints formally received through the whistleblowing channel, and report on findings/opinions and, where appropriate, any recommendations for improvement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years related experience, effective communication and negotiation skills that yield results, and experience in Investigative assignments/reviews would be an added advantage. They will be responsible for overseeing multiple assignments simultaneously, providing guidance to subordinates in relation to the assigned investigations, and coordinating its activities as needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to ensure that the investigation work is of the highest standards, the results of the investigation are appropriately profiled and effectively communicated with the clients and Head, GFCRM as well as the Chief Integrity & Assurance Officer (CIAO) verbally and by way of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to lead special, investigative and/or confidential reviews at the request of the Governance & Audit Committee (GAC), Senior Management and/or complaints formally received through the whistleblowing channel.
  • Report on findings/opinions and, where appropriate, any recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Provide guidance to subordinates in relation to the assigned investigations.
  • Coordinate its activities as needed.
