IT Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Salt. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a bridge between infrastructure and application teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Leading enterprise architecture revamps to set the IT blueprint for future scalability.
• Working closely with business analysts to refine requirements and provide strategic IT solutions.
• Overseeing IT project implementations to ensure alignment with business needs and technology best practices.
• Identifying gaps in current IT frameworks and recommending strategic improvements.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of IT initiatives.
• Providing insights on open-source solutions, AI trends, and machine learning to enhance decision-making processes.
• Ensuring compliance with best practices in IT service management (ITSM) and software lifecycle management.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, software development lifecycle, and IT infrastructure management. A degree or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with hands-on experience in project management and technical expertise in infrastructure technologies such as networking, server hardware, and data center setups.

You will also need to be able to mediate between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution. Familiarity with Six Sigma, process management, and ITSM frameworks is highly desirable, as is exposure to AI and machine learning trends.
