Job Description

The key responsibility for the Financial Risk Manager is to perform regular assessments to detect key exposures of AML/CFT risks in the areas of customer, business units and branches.

The successful candidate will report to the Head, Compliance (Financial Crime Compliance Control, Advisory & Assurance).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Risk Profiling: Developing and maintaining the customer risk profiling methodology and ensuring it remains relevant in assessing the AML/CFT risks of the customer.
  • Risk Assessment: Conducting risk assessment to identify AML/CFT risks for the Bank, including overseas offices by conducting branch risk assessments and Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments.
  • Product Risk Rating: Developing and maintaining the product risk rating methodology and ensuring it remains relevant in assessing the AML/CFT risks of the product.
  • Terrorism Financing/Proliferation Financing Risks: Conducting risk assessment to identify terrorism financing or proliferation financing risks for the Bank.
