Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the business areas have accurate data on which to monitor and improve sales performance, meet compliance and governance requirements, and execute the liaison between field and internal areas to deliver high levels of customer service and ensure effective sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, improve, produce, and distribute management information, including ad hoc requests, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  2. Support distributor remuneration, implementation of sales initiatives, networks, events, and systems.
  3. Conduct research-analysis around potential business development opportunities.
  4. Carry out tasks such as preparation of documentation to support project implementation to time and quality standards.
  5. Resolve operational customer-distributor (or other partner) management activities, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service is extended to all internal and external customers.
  6. Assist internal and external customers with questions about our products and/or services.
  7. Analyze, report, and implement Governance and Compliance requirements.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial, or related field.
  2. 2+ years in life insurance with background in sales compensation, agency distribution, or commission structures.
  3. Experience with agent contracting, bonus programs, or grid-based commissions models.
