Pharmacy IT Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Pharmacy IT Consultant to join our team at BIG Pharmacy Holdings Sdn Bhd. As a consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaison between the IT department and business users.
- Acting as an information source and communicator between users.
- Understanding pharmacy/warehouse business processes and addressing issues end to end.
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services by providing documentation and user training.
- Analyzing the design of technical systems and business functions.
- Utilizing IT data for business process insights.
- Analyzing business needs and producing user requirements documentation.
- Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
- Producing reports on application development and implementation.
- Running SIT and UAT tests and analyzing data.
- Analyzing data to inform business/project/operations decisions.
- Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in an IT management position, 10+ years in a technology-driven role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Involvement in ERP/Warehousing/Wholesale Trading/AP & AR/Big Data.
- Able to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
