Key Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers and market to understand their needs, translating the requirements into product features; writing product specifications and managing the product backlog.
- Giving directions to solution team preparing solutions for building new product features.
- Closely interacting with engineers and unblocking without any delay and highlighting the risk to stakeholders.
- Create detailed use cases, business requirements, and marketing requirements.
- Coordinate the collection, description, analysis, and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from the customer.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders including the development, Quality Analysis and Product Support teams.
- Perform UAT and product demonstration sessions to the client and end users.
